Somatic Drawing

Somatic Drawing tells the story of the body - where it is, what it carries, and what it knows. Each  mark is a spontaneous and honest response to something being experienced in the body: a  sensation, a memory, a feeling, even a breath. 

This practice invites us to slow down and turn inward. As we quiet the mind, curiosity opens and  with it, a gentle permission to simply be with what is. 

Using both hands and working rhythmically with simple, elemental shapes, we reconnect with the innate creativity that belongs to everyone - not just artists. No experience or skill is needed - only  a willingness to show up and notice. 

Each person works at their own pace, guided by their own body. The tools are simple. The  process is accessible. What emerges is entirely your own.
