Soul Scribe: An Interactive Art Workshop

Prepare to connect with your soul's deepest longing. 

Sometimes before the thought comes, the intuitive mind creates unique images that can guide us into the invisible part of ourselves. 

This art exploration workshop will begin with  a guided meditation, some prompts and a journal writing reflection. Then, participants will choose from grass root bundles and a bucket of Japanese sumo ink, and begin to draw their soul with music. Using the energy of the visual meditation and their unconscious language, they will create a finished piece on an 8' x 4' piece of rag paper. 

Please bring a journal and wear clothes that you won't mind getting ink splatters on! Let's scribe our souls together.
