About the Event

This is a free three-part class series offering a gentle, practical pathway to ease stress and restore balance through the wisdom of Ayurveda. Designed for those feeling depleted, overstimulated, or out of rhythm, these classes invite you to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the body’s natural capacity for regulation and calm. Through simple teachings and embodied practices, you’ll explore how stress affects the nervous system through an Ayurvedic lens and learn supportive daily rhythms, nourishment, breath, and sensory exploration that build resilience and vitality. Each class includes guided practices and take-home self-care tools to help you cultivate steadiness, restore energy, and create a personalized Ayurvedic toolkit to support nervous system health in daily life.


Participants must sign up for the entire workshop. Classes are not available individual.
