Mosaic Mind Mapping

This journey into your soul includes journal writing and mind mapping, which involves choosing words to circle after your journal entry. Then you will build a poem with the selected words over a collage created from images that describe your internal language. We will also be making a frame from broken pottery pieces to create a mosaic container for your art.

This workshop is free, for folx who have experienced some form of interpersonal or family trauma or harm at any point in their lives.

About the instructor: Lorijo Daniels has been an active artist and art teacher for over 30 years. She has had training in trauma sensitive yoga.

She blends the experiences of her teachings in therapeutic yoga, art, and mentoring together to give a soulful experience to students and clients.

Lorijo has taught privately and in various school and hospital settings most of her adult life.
