Reimagining Menopause

Most folks did not grow up hearing about or learning about Menopause. This workshop aims to gather folks interested in learning more about this special season of life and to create community for supporting one another.

The day will begin by inviting folks to reflect and discuss their own assumptions, experiences, and curiosities of menopause. Participants will have opportunities to share and connect with others about their relationships with their cycles. Education will be offered, centering the understanding of menstrual cycles, hormones, while also introducing symptoms associated with menopause. Definitions and reframing of what it means to be in this season of transition and growth are invited for folks to feel empowered in this stage of life and motivate folks to utilize resources and connect with others. Resources will be offered at the end for folks to utilize well after the workshop.
