Job: 

To provide sexuality education and promote healthy decision making to the communities of Vashon Island

Duties: 

• Provide sexuality education to classes and other groups.

• Act as a resource on sexuality information for your peers.

• Refer students to community resources when appropriate.

• Participate in special activities.

• Attend weekly Teen Council meetings and trainings.

• ​

 

Qualifications: 

• Be a 10th, 11th or 12th-grade student.

• Able to balance school, Teen Council and any other extra curricular activities.

• Able to maintain confidentiality of personal information.

• Demonstrate respect for diverse opinions, beliefs and values.

• Able to make at least a one-year commitment to Teen Council.

• ​
