Hope Lives Here - DOVE Giving Day

We’re making history on Vashon Island. On Tuesday, August 19 (World Humanitarian Day) The DOVE Project will host the first-ever Hope Lives Here Giving Day — a 24-hour community-wide campaign to raise funds for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault right here at home.

Your gift will stay 100% local, funding life-changing programs including:

• Crisis intervention and safety planning for survivors and their families

• Trauma-informed mental health services that help survivors, youth and community members heal

• Holistic wellness programs that rebuild confidence and strength

• Youth and adult prevention programs to stop violence before it starts

This is more than a fundraiser — it’s a statement. It’s our community standing together to say that home should be safe for everyone.

3. Share the campaign with friends, family, and neighbors

4. Be an ambassador — invite at least 3 people to join you in giving
