Come Join us for Mindful Movement and tools for Co-regulation kids 5 and under welcome to play while parents practice on the mat!
As busy parents and caregivers, it can sometimes feel impossible to take time to tend to ourselves. It’s often the case that we find we need to weave our self care into our very full lives. In this class, Nyn will guide you through a gentle slow flow yoga practice and your kids can safely play nearby. It’s noisy but fun! Come get your stretch on. No previous yoga experience needed.
